Construction of a three bed detached home as part of a three property development in the village of Keyworth.

With consent approved for the build prior to our involvement, focus was placed on internal layout and functionality to bring this development to life.

Kitchen and utility storage was increased. Full height glass to windows on the front elevation provided a more open and spacious feeling. Room transition and flow, was improved with relocation of doors and widening the stair case.

A wirelessly controlled, wet underfloor heating system was added to the ground floor with individual room thermostats allowing temperatures to be controlled with 0.5 of a degree C.
